Mentora AI – Subscription Policy (Non-Renewable)

This Subscription Policy outlines the terms applicable to users who purchase a subscription to Mentora AI via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

1. Subscription Plans

Mentora AI offers multiple subscription plans, which may include:

• Monthly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly options
• Starter, Standard, and Premium tiers
• Trial periods, if available, for first-time users

2. Non-Renewable Subscriptions

All subscriptions are non-renewable. This means your plan will not auto-renew after the subscription period ends. To continue using premium features after expiry, you must manually purchase a new subscription.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Apple or Google billing systems.
• You must have a valid payment method linked to your store account.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed prior to confirming the purchase.

4. Managing Subscriptions

To view, change, or cancel your subscription:

• iOS Users: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android Users: Open Google Play > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions

5. Free Trials

If offered, free trials gives you 5 credits to try the application. Only new users are eligible unless otherwise specified.

6. Refunds

All purchases are final. For refund requests, please refer to Apple App Store or Google Play policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

Mentora AI reserves the right to change subscription terms and pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
